If you still write meter readings in a notebook and work out every room with a calculator at the end of the month, this page makes the monthly bills much quicker. It is free on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install and no spreadsheet to build. It works for dormitories, apartments, mansions, monthly rooms and houses.
A bill a tenant understands shows the property, the room, the tenant, the month, the rent, the previous and current water and electricity readings, the units, the price per unit, the total, the due date and how to pay. A bill made here has all of it, so the tenant sees where every amount comes from and does not need to ask.
How it works
A rent bill in four steps

Enter the property name, the room number, the tenant and the room rent.

Add the previous and current electricity and water meter readings — the units and charges are worked out for you — or choose a fixed water charge per room or per person.

Add other charges such as internet or parking, then your bank account or PromptPay number: the bill gets a QR the tenant scans to pay the exact amount.

Print or save as PDF, send the bill image on LINE, or copy it as text. Once paid, switch it to a receipt in one tap.
